Lovely little place! The staff were super attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious! I had the spicy chicken white pizza, could have been even more spicy for my taste, but it was very tasty so I’m not mad at it. My friend got a kebab platter and it was excellent. We also got the special crunchy rice taco (mine had salmon) which was super unique and tasty! Didn’t take pictures of the rest of the food, but the eggplant parm and meatball subs also got thumps up from my table :) They do both Persian and Italian dishes well, and I love that they also have a local brewery, Loan Oak, on tap. Worth a visit!

Italiamo Kitchen in Rockville is such a cool spot. The mix of Persian and Italian food actually works really well everything we tried was full of flavor and super fresh. The staff were really friendly and made the whole experience even better. The place has a nice, comfortable vibe too. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

If you blink, you might miss Italiamo Kitchen tucked away on Redland Road in Rockville. But that would be a damn shame. This unassuming spot is quietly rewriting the rules of fusion cuisine, marrying the soulful depth of Persian flavors with the comforting swagger of Italian classics. The kind of place you stumble into and leave wondering why you haven’t been coming here for years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The penne a la vodka hits with creamy bravado, while the fettuccine pesto hums with fresh basil and garlic that tastes like it came from someone’s backyard garden. Portions are generous, borderline heroic. You could feed two and a half hungry souls and still have leftovers for a midnight fridge raid. It’s homemade in spirit, but executed with the precision of a kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing. Service is fast, friendly, and refreshingly no-nonsense. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This isn’t a white-tablecloth, candlelit affair. It’s a place that feeds you like family and surprises you like a first kiss. If Michelin stars were handed out for heart, soul, and the kind of food that makes you close your eyes mid-bite, Italiamo Kitchen would be wearing one proudly. Stop in once, and you’ll find yourself making excuses to return.

Called in and ordered, 1 plain, 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni all large , it seemed like a difficult task, I had to repeat it 3 times. The total she said was 55 with 12 whatever that meant, I asked a few times. I went to pick up nice clean place, total again she said 55 with 12 I kept asking what do you mean is it $55.12, she said yes??? I checked my pizzas 1 plain 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage and pepperoni. I told the owner it was supposed to be just sausage, I gave up and took it. I asked for parmesan for all 3 large pizzas, she's gives me 1 ounce in a very large container, I said can I have more it's 3 large pizzas she proceeds to add a teaspoon to it, I was shocked At least the pizzas were very good but customer service needs work

Food was very good and well portioned. All the pizzas that are pictured are 10 inches they have a bigger size too. Fairly small inside, maybe 5-6 tables and the counter seating. Parking is next to the 7-11. You order by going to the cashier I think? Person never came to our table. We never got complimentary water and that seemed like it was for everyone too? Otherwise the experience was good. I highly recommend and will be coming back. I forgot you also get free pita and yogurt/olive dips to start, which were also fresh and delicious. Came for the tahdig tacos, but realized this restaurant is a true gem waiting to be discovered. The space is not the biggest but it has been beautifully decorated, making it very cozy and inviting. The service is friendly and quick. Every item we had from their menu was a hit. To start they brought their freshly made Taftoon naan with olives and delicious most o khiar. Their koobideh is one of the best we have had in a long time, with enough rice on the side for a solid meal. The barg was also tender and juicy. The tahdig tacos were really good and worth a trip just to try them. Finally, the homemade Doogh was incredible. We cannot wait to come back and bring more friends and family with us.
